Job Description

Architectural Design

- Conceptualizing and visualizing building designs.

AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp / ArchiCAD

- Drafting and 3D modeling.

Construction Technology

- Understanding materials, systems, and techniques.

Structural Awareness

- Designing safe, load-bearing structures.

Building Codes & Regulations

- Knowledge of local and national standards.

Sustainability & Green Building Design

- Energy-efficient and eco-friendly design.

Project Management

- Coordinating timelines, budgets, and teams.

Site Planning & Urban Design

- Designing layouts considering surroundings.

Detailing & Drafting

- Precision in construction drawings and documentation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

architect: 5 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
