About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Generative AI Developer to join our team and lead the development of custom GenAI applications. You will work on cutting-edge projects involving LLMs, multimodal models, and prompt engineering to build intelligent, scalable, and impactful solutions tailored to our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy custom GenAI applications using LLM models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini). Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific use cases. Build and integrate APIs for GenAI services into web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into GenAI-powered features. Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and reliability. Evaluate and integrate open-source and commercial GenAI tools and frameworks. Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and model safety in all deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), JavaScript, or other relevant languages. Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms like OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI. Familiarity with LLM APIs, embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate). Experience with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
