We're seeking a talented and experienced Architect to design and develop innovative building projects, from concept to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and sustainability practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Create and develop architectural designs, plans, and specifications for building projects.
- Project Management: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
- Building Codes and Regulations: Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to deliver projects.
- Client Relations: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide design solutions, and deliver projects that meet their expectations.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
