Job Description

We are now looking to expand our design team by onboarding a passionate and detail-oriented

Architect

(INTERIORS RESIDENTIAL Projects) who will be responsible for translating client requirements into spatial design concepts and working drawings.

Candidate should perform all phases of architectural & interior work including Concept Designing & planning, designing and overseeing the site execution for residential projects.

You will be involved in new projects, refurbishments, extension projects from the conceptual stages right through to completion/final handover for residential projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) 2-5 years of experience in residential interior design Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and current industry trends Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Experience with 3D rendering tools Good communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated with a keen eye for design and detail
