Key Responsibilities:

Assist architectural Team in design process for multiple projects, from initial concept through to final implementation. Present design concepts and project updates to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. Maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships Should be part of innovative architectural designs that meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
Maintain a focus on architectural integrity, ensuring designs are both aesthetically appealing and structurally sound

Oversee the development of design documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency throughout the project. Collaborate with civil engineers, structural engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and successful project execution. Facilitate coordination between design and construction teams, ensuring Smooth transitions from planning to implementation. Stay current with architectural trends, technology, and best practices to Continually bring innovative solutions to projects. Encourage a culture of creativity and excellence within the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil/construction projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or other design software. Strong visualization, technical drawing, and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of modular space planner, civil and structural detailing and MEP knowledge. Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
