Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Architect with hands-on experience in architectural design and drafting. The candidate should be proficient in preparing drawings, 3D models, and walkthroughs, and able to support projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD
Develop 3D models and renderings using SketchUp and Enscape
Assist in design development, layouts, and detailing
Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and consultants
Support project documentation and revisions as required
Ensure designs comply with applicable building norms and standards
Required Skills

Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape
Understanding of architectural drawings and detailing
Basic knowledge of site coordination and execution
Good communication and teamwork skills
Salary & Benefits

Salary as per company norms
20% hike on current CTC (maximum up to ?40,000 per month)
Preferred Profile

Chennai-based candidates preferred
Immediate or short notice joiners will be an advantage

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?52,851.31 per month
