Job Description

B.Arch qualified Architect with

minimum 1 year of professional experience

in architectural design and planning. Candidate should have

knowledge in Architectural Design

, concept development, and working drawings for

Residential, Commercial, Industrial & Layout projects

. Candidate should be proficient in

AutoCAD

for preparing:
- Architectural drawings
- Site plans
- Floor plans
- Sections & Elevations
- Layout drawings

oCandidate should have

basic to working knowledge in Planning Approvals

such as:
- DTCP / CMDA approvals
- Layout approvals
- Building plan approvals
- Pre-DCR / EDCR preparation & submission

Candidate should have

understanding of Planning Rules & Regulations

as per:
- Development Control Regulations (DCR)
- Local authority & DTCP norms

Candidate should have

knowledge in 3D visualization

, including:
-

SketchUp 3D modeling

- Basic rendering knowledge (Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape preferred)

Candidate should be able to

prepare layout plans

, plot divisions, road widths, open space calculations under guidance. Candidate should be willing to

visit sites

, take measurements, and prepare drawings based on site conditions. Candidate should be able to

coordinate with government offices

for follow-up of approval files (under senior guidance). Candidate should have

basic knowledge of MS Office

(Word, Excel). Candidate must be

ready for both Office work & Site work

as per project requirements. Good communication skills in

English & Tamil

preferred.
