Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

2D architectural drawings

including plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings Develop

3D models and visualizations

using

SketchUp

Create professional

presentation drawings and renderings

using

Photoshop

Assist in design development for

real estate projects (residential/commercial)

Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and internal teams Revise drawings based on design inputs and project requirements Ensure drawings meet project standards and timelines

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

2D drafting (AutoCAD or equivalent)

Strong working knowledge of

SketchUp

Good command of

Photoshop

Understanding of building layouts, space planning, and materials Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment

Educational Qualification:

Diploma in Architecture

or

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience:

1-4 years

of relevant architectural experience

Real estate project experience will be an added advantage / preferred
