Job Description

Experience:

2-5 Years (Flexible based on skill)

We are looking for a creative and technically strong

Architect / Architectural Designer

with excellent knowledge of

AutoCAD, 3D design, SketchUp, and 3ds Max

. The candidate should be capable of handling complete architectural and interior design drawings, 3D visualizations, and coordination with clients and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities Design & Planning

Prepare

architectural drawings

including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using

AutoCAD

. Develop

concept designs

, space planning, and design layouts as per client requirements. Create

working drawings

for execution and approvals.

3D Visualization

Create high-quality

3D models and renderings

using

SketchUp / 3ds Max/Blender

. Prepare

interior and exterior 3D views

, walkthroughs, and presentations. Apply materials, lighting, textures, and realistic detailing.

Software & Technical Skills

Strong command of:

AutoCAD

(2D & detailing)

SketchUp

3ds Max

V-Ray / Corona

(preferred)

Photoshop

(for post-render work) Knowledge of

building materials, construction methods, and design standards

.

Coordination & Execution

Coordinate with

site engineers, contractors, and vendors

. Assist in

site visits

, design clarifications, and execution support. Ensure drawings are aligned with

site conditions and timelines

.

Client Interaction

Present design concepts and 3D visuals to clients. Incorporate client feedback and revise designs accordingly.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in

Architecture or Interior Design

. Proven experience in

architectural & 3D design work

. Strong visualization and creative skills. Good understanding of

residential, commercial, and office projects

.

Preferred Skills

Experience in

interior design projects

. Knowledge of

local building by-laws and approvals

. Ability to handle

multiple projects simultaneously

. Good communication and presentation skills.
