Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the architectural team as a

Senior Head / Team Lead

. Oversee complete project lifecycle: concept design, planning, approvals, execution, and handover. Develop innovative and functional architectural designs aligned with client requirements and project budgets. Review drawings, layouts, 3D designs, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal departments. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers. Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality and design excellence.

Requirements:

10 to 15 years of experience

as an Architect, preferably in residential and commercial projects. Strong expertise in architectural planning, designing, and project execution. Proven experience in

team leadership / head architect role

. Excellent knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools. Good understanding of local building by-laws, approvals, and construction practices. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
