Architect or Lead Designer,

helping to prepare designs, complete construction documents, write up building plans, and assist in the presentation of projects

.

Designing Detailed Blueprints for Buildings and Structures. Inspecting Sites for Alignment with Design Plans.

Developing initial project design concepts and presenting these to clients. Preparing and adjusting architectural drawings using

computer-aided design (CAD) ,Revit, Lumina, Endscape software.

Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility. Applying for planning permissions and advising clients on the statutory approvals required for projects. Overseeing the construction process to ensure adherence to the architectural plans. Conducting site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications. Modifying designs based on client feedback, site conditions, and other influencing factors.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
