The Architect will be responsible for supporting and executing architectural design, planning, and coordination tasks. The role requires creativity, strong technical skills, and collaboration with clients, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:Design & Planning
Develop conceptual designs, space planning, and architectural drawings.
Prepare 2D drawings (plans, elevations, sections) and presentation layouts.
Create 3D models, renders, and design visualizations.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project standards.
Client Coordination
Understand client requirements and convert them into functional designs.
Attend client meetings, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback.
Technical & Documentation
Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for design integration.
Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and tender documents.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and technical compliance in all drawings.
Site Coordination
Conduct site visits to monitor execution and resolve design issues.
Ensure construction progress aligns with approved drawings and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and design tools.
Strong creativity, detailing ability, and design visualization skills.
Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
