Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
Software Proficiency:
Required: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred: Rhino, Grasshopper, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, or other rendering software.
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and building codes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in developing architectural designs from concept to execution.
Prepare and modify architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and project managers.
Conduct site visits and research building materials, codes, and regulations.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
