We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, project planning, and execution. You will be responsible for turning concepts into functional and aesthetically appealing designs while coordinating with clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
Prepare 2D/3D designs, working drawings, and presentation materials.
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
Work closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure project feasibility.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design standards.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
Ensure projects align with building codes, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Make revisions as per client feedback and project needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
Minimum 2 years of professional architectural experience.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar design tools.
Knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
Excellent design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
