We are seeking a highly skilled and creative

Architect

with over

5+ years of professional experience

in designing and executing

individual houses, villas, and modern residential projects

. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver innovative and practical architectural solutions with excellent outcomes for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop architectural concepts for individual houses, villas, and modern residential projects. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation layouts. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized design solutions. Coordinate with the engineering and construction teams to ensure accurate execution of design intent. Oversee project progress from design through completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Provide material specifications, space planning, and elevation detailing. Stay updated on modern architecture trends, sustainable designs, and new construction technologies.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in residential and villa architecture. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar design software. Excellent visualization, presentation, and detailing skills. Strong project management and coordination ability. Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
