Job Description

Client Consultation:

Work with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.

Conceptual Design:

Develop innovative design concepts that address functionality, aesthetics, and the building's structure.

Spatial Planning:

Plan the layout of interior spaces to optimize flow and usability.

Technical Design & Documentation:

Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications using design software like CAD.

Material & Finish Selection:

Choose appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and decorative elements that enhance the interior.

Coordination:

Collaborate with contractors, engineers, suppliers, and other professionals to execute the design.

Code & Regulation Compliance:

Ensure designs adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards.

Project Management:

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Site Supervision:

Conduct site inspections to monitor the implementation of the design and the placement of materials and services.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
