Job Description

Develop architectural concepts and translate them into functional and aesthetic design solutions. Create detailed architectural and interior layouts, furniture placement plans, elevations, and sections. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals accordingly. Coordinate with in-house furniture designers, project managers, and production teams for project execution. Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and mood boards for client presentations. Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations. Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design intent and resolve any on-site issues. Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and timelines. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project feasibility and smooth workflow. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
