Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Revit Architect

to join our dynamic team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in architectural design and documentation using

Autodesk Revit

, with a thorough understanding of

UAE building codes, Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations

, and other relevant authority requirements (e.g., Trakhees, DEWA, DDA, etc.). This role involves working on a variety of high-profile residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality architectural models, drawings, and construction documents using

Revit

in line with Dubai's regulatory standards. Collaborate with in-house teams and external consultants (MEP, structural, ID) for design coordination. Ensure compliance with

Dubai Municipality (DM)

codes and guidelines, as well as other authorities (RTA, Civil Defense, Nakheel, DDA, etc.). Assist in authority submissions and coordinate responses to review comments. Contribute to all project phases - Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, Tender, IFC. Produce architectural presentations and visualizations (Revit + Enscape/Lumion as applicable). Attend coordination meetings and site visits as required. Keep BIM documentation and Revit families organized and up to date per office standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree

in Architecture and civil from a recognized institution.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience

in architectural design and documentation in the UAE or GCC, with a strong portfolio.

Proficient in Autodesk Revit

is a must. Additional experience with AutoCAD, BIM 360, Navisworks, Enscape, or Lumion is an advantage. Solid knowledge of

UAE building codes

, especially Dubai Municipality, DDA, and Civil Defense guidelines. Strong understanding of construction materials, detailing, and project workflows in the UAE. Good communication and coordination skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. UAE driving license is a plus.

SOE Membership

(Society of Engineers - UAE) is an added advantage.
