Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative

Architect

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of building projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Create building designs and detailed drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Consult with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of structures. Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines. Conduct site visits and monitor progress during the construction phase. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations. Collaborate with engineers and contractors to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Valid architectural license (preferred or required based on location). Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainability practices. Excellent communication and project management skills.
