Location: Chennai

Qualification: M. Arch with exposure to sustainability concepts

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement energy-efficient design strategies. Perform energy modelling, daylight, comfort, and solar studies. Prepare documentation for green certifications (LEED, IGBC, GRIHA). Conduct cost-benefit analyses for sustainable systems. Coordinate with design, QS, and procurement teams for green materials. Ensure code compliance and performance-based design goals. Use tools like Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Ladybug/Honeybee. Support proposal writing, simulations, and marketing decks. Lead internal training on sustainability tools and strategies. Participate in post-occupancy evaluations and performance reviews.
