Job Description

As an Architect at Mindscape Design, you will play a pivotal role in conceiving, planning, and executing architectural projects from inception to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and talented architect to make a significant impact on our projects and further enhance their career in the field of architecture. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the client\'s vision.
• Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Oversee project development and construction phases, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately and according to specifications.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and evaluations to assess the progress and quality of ongoing projects.
• Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients, obtaining their feedback and approval.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and interns to foster professional growth within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion etc.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and experience integrating them into projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
