Power Pages / Power Apps / Dataverse / SharePoint Lead Developer manager

About the role:

Looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform developer to design and build a multi-tenant client portal where 500+ clients log in to manage their own customers, each with associated data and large image volumes. The portal must be built on Power Pages, Power Apps, Dataverse, and SharePoint with strong security, performance, and maintainability.Key responsibilities Design and build a Power Pages client portal used by hundreds of clients, each restricted to viewing and managing only their own data. Model and implement Dataverse tables for clients, customers, and customer images (potentially millions of image records) with proper relationships, indexes, and security.Configure and customize Power Apps (model-driven and/or canvas) and forms used inside the portal for data entry, browsing, and customer account details. Implement secure authentication and role-based / row-level security so each client and their users only see data belonging to their own tenant.Design image-handling architecture: Dataverse image/file columns, or external storage (e.g., SharePoint or Azure Blob) with URLs and proper access patterns.Build views, subgrids, and galleries in Power Pages/Power Apps to display customer profiles and associated images efficiently, including paging and lazy loading for performance.Integrate with SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services where appropriate for document and file management.Use Power Automate and/or plugins/JavaScript where needed to automate workflows, data sync, and background processing.Follow ALM best practices, including solution packaging, version control, and deployment across environments. Document solution design, data models, security model, and operational runbook; provide knowledge transfer to the internal team.Required skills and experience+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:Power Pages (or former Power Apps Portals) for external-facing sites.Power Apps (canvas and/or model-driven).Power Automate for workflow automation.Strong Dataverse experience: Designing scalable data models and relationships.Implementing table permissions, security roles, and row-level security scenarios (per client, per customer).Handling large datasets and optimizing views/queries for performance.Experience with SharePoint Online as a data/file store and integrating it with Power Platform solutions.Practical experience storing and displaying images or files at scale (image/file columns, related tables, or external storage like SharePoint/Azure Blob).Solid understanding of authentication and authorization in Power Pages (contacts, Azure AD/Entra ID, or other identity providers).Comfortable with client-side customization (JavaScript, Liquid templates, HTML/CSS) for customizing portal UI and behavior.Familiarity with DevOps/ALM for Power Platform (solutions, environment strategies, deployment pipelines) is a strong plus.Good communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into a technical design.Nice-to-haveExperience with Azure (Functions, Blob Storage, Key Vault) for offloading heavy storage and custom APIs.Experience in multi-tenant or per-client portal designs in Power Pages or similar platforms.Background in real estate, property management, or similar data-heavy domains.
