Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Kota. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects with strong knowledge of architectural standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs, drawings, and plans using relevant design tools and software.

Handle end-to-end project planning, detailing, and execution.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.

Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Prepare BOQs, tenders, and project documentation as required.

Suggest innovative design concepts and improvements aligned with project goals.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent). 4-5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D modeling, etc. Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
