We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing structures. As an Architect, you will be responsible for drafting using Cad Software, planning, designing for Govt. projects

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives for new construction or renovation projects.

Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software, BIM tools, and hand sketches.

Create project timelines, cost estimates, and specifications based on client requirements and project scope.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detaild and deadlines.

Use sustainable design principles and innovative solutions to create energy-efficient and environmentally friendly buildings.

Prepare and present detailed drawings, 3D models, and architectural plans to clients and stakeholders for approval.

Participate in project meetings and coordinate with other departments, including structural, mechanical, and electrical teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong communication and presentation abilities to explain design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Knowledge of sustainable architecture and green building practices is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial Govt. projects architecture .

Expertise in Cad Softwares.
