Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced

Architect

to design and oversee the construction of buildings and other structures. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual and technical design skills, project management experience, and a deep understanding of building codes and sustainability practices. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of architectural projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Design functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing buildings and structures. Develop and present architectural plans, models, and presentations to clients. Create detailed drawings using CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies. Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, contractors, and other professionals. Oversee construction phases and provide on-site supervision when required. Stay updated on advancements in materials, methods, and sustainable practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Valid architecture license or registration (RA or equivalent). 3+ years of professional architectural experience. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and construction processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with clients.
