Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and design presentations.
Prepare working drawings, detailed layouts, 3D models, and design documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during execution.
Review and approve vendor/contractor drawings and material selections.
Skills & Qualifications
B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institute.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
Good understanding of materials, construction techniques, and statutory requirements.
Excellent creativity, visualization, and problem-solving ability.
Strong communication and project coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
