Role Summary

We are seeking a

creative and detail-oriented Architect

to design, plan, and oversee the development of a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial structures. Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning:

Develop detailed drawings, blueprints, and construction documents using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).

Client Consultation:

Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with engineers, construction project managers, and contractors to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety standards.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.

Site Supervision:

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address design-related issues, and ensure construction aligns with design intent.

Technical Expertise:

Apply knowledge of building materials, systems, and technologies to create practical and innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (required) Master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)

Experience:

Proven experience as an Architect in designing and managing projects

US project experience (good to have)

Language Requirement:

Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory, US client-facing role)

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools Familiarity with BIM processes (preferred) Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods

Soft Skills:

Creativity and vision to transform concepts into practical designs Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and precision in design and documentation Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
