We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Architectural and Interior Designer to develop innovative design concepts, prepare detailed drawings and 3D visualizations, and manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring compliance with safety and building standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in design software, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of materials, finishes, and current design trends.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, BOQ, Quantity Calculation and 3D visualizations.
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams for seamless execution.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
Manage project timelines and deliver within set deadlines.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUP, Enscape, Photoshop or other relevant design software.
Strong creativity, visualization skills, and attention to detail.
Expertise in making Architectural and interior detail drawings.
Knowledge of space planning, color theory, and material selection.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Strong design skills and well researched on current design trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Architecture.
Relevant certifications in design software are an added advantage.
