Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with a strong background in design coordination to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all design elements are seamlessly integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure design integrity and adherence to project timelines.
Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project standards.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any design-related issues that arise during construction.
Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders, showcasing design concepts and project updates.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
