Position -

Project Architect

Location - Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare concept planning to check on feasibility of the requirement in the available land bank. Present options on the requirement along with Basic Planning & sketches. Prepare Area statements (Built-up area, Carpet area, lease area etc) and check on efficiencies in line with industry benchmark. Prepare As built drawings for any changes / upgradations in the existing buildings. Prepare or coordinate with Design consultants to get Marketing plans of new buildings being constructed in line with leasing team requirements. Review of MIS reports from consultants /contractors and responsible for Authenticity of data and presenting it to Management in internal meetings. Prepare / get the shop drawings as and when necessary for the site team to understand on the intent of the work to be executed.
