Misi Associates, a growing construction-based company, is looking for a talented and passionate Architect to join our team in Ramanathapuram. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design development, and coordination with the project team to deliver high-quality construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and layouts
Develop residential and commercial building designs
Create 2D & 3D drawings as per project requirements
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and clients
Conduct site visits and ensure design execution accuracy
Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Minimum 1-3 years of experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion (any preferred)
Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
Good communication and coordination skills
