- Responsibility for coordinating the design development of the assigned project until handover.
- Ensuring the design vision document is in place and coordinating with relevant departments, ensuring management reviews the draft document.
- Checking technical details related to architectural design and structural provisions and providing feedback to consultants for further design development.
- Ensuring detailed design coordination and timely delivery of designs/GFCs as per the design delivery schedule.
- Conducting joint design reviews for all interior spaces, such as lobbies and clubhouses, in coordination with the Design Lead.
- Coordinating for all service design basis reports and concept drawings.
- Ensuring that necessary documents for approvals are listed in advance and available as needed.
- Conducting joint site visits with the site lead for both current and upcoming projects and documenting observations related to the project\'s experience, approved designs, and technical concerns.
- Coordinating 100% for signage design to ensure timely delivery.
- Bachelor\'s degree in architecture.
- 2-7 years of experience in architectural work coordination.
- Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Result-oriented and dynamic individual.
