Role: Network Solution Architect Location: Bangalore/ Chennai/ Pune Who are we looking for A mid-senior level Routing & Switching lead to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in designing, implementing, troubleshoot & managing enterprise network. Technical Skills: . At least 8+ years of experience in network engineering design and implementation and overall experience of 7+ Years. . Experience in Switching and Routing on Cisco devices (mandatory) and HPN devices (preferable). . Deployment and support . Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college o rt experience on multicast, o QoS, o NAT, o Routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) in an enterprise environment . Experience working on network engineering projects which includes (Network Implementations and Network Designs ). . M ust have experience in Telecom/Networking/System Integration Company working on global enterprise networks. . Should have experience is design and operations of an enterprise network with a single - vendor environment. Multi-vendor environment experience desirable . Fully competent to design Local Area Network connections in a complex and large scale datacenter. . Successful track record of leading the technical implementation deliverables. . Should have knowledge on WAN technologies like Leased Lines, MPLS, etc. . Demonstrate knowledge of process design techniques. . Demonstrated ability to follow quality assurance processes. . Good exposure and working knowledge on Large Network Migrations, Transformations and Transitions. . Having extensive knowledge on SDN, MPLS and BGP. . Having Knowledge on AWS and Azure is added advantage. Process Skills: . Capable of analyzing customer requirement and design/Implement per project defined process. . Demonstrated strong personal mastery, including ethics, interpersonal skills, and engagement in continuous learning. . Has ability to drive resolution of problems. . Able to communicate and present complex issues with assurance and confidence. . During troubleshooting calls have good skills in questioning, listening, ideas development, permission and rapport, and influencing. . Ability to work with a team to provide written responses to technical proposals and /or reports/documentation for delivery. Behavioral Skills : . Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs . Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. . Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction . Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
