Job Description
Urgent opening for Senior Architect with an leading well know construction company.Exp 5 to 12 yrsLocation - PuneCandidates willing to relocate can applyShould have well versed exp in Architect.? Well acquainted with Software required for Development of Project.? Getting the paperwork verification done at initial stage, preparing feasibility report of the project, finalizing the design concept and payment sheet for BMC accordingly at various approval stages.? Coordination of drawings with Design Architect from the concept stage, preparation of working drawing for its execution and with the Laisioning Architect for project Approvals and keeping a track of work in process.? Getting approvals from various Governing bodies like C.F.O, Traffic, MOEF, MPCB, High Rise committee etc.? Communicating with various consultants and vendors associated to the project on different stages.? Working closely with structural engineers regarding the projects structural viability & safety regulations.? Worked on Redevelopment schemes and its feasibility.? Involved in the creation of Interior layout for a few projects.? Solely responsible for CAD aspects of the project using Auto-Cad, Revit for 3D & Photoshop.?
