About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Project Coordinator

to manage the smooth execution of our balcony design projects. The role requires excellent organizational skills, coordination abilities, and the drive to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage

execution schedules

, allocate supervisors/contractors, and monitor progress. Act as the

primary liaison

between vendors, logistics partners, and clients to ensure seamless communication. Track

material procurement and deliveries

to align with project timelines. Maintain and circulate

MIS reports

for management review. Identify bottlenecks, proactively resolve issues, and escalate when needed. Support the project team in maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications

Strong

organizational, planning, and multitasking skills

. Proficiency in

MS Excel / Google Sheets

; ability to manage MIS data effectively. Experience coordinating with

multiple stakeholders

(vendors, contractors, clients). Good communication skills with a

problem-solving mindset

. Prior experience in

project coordination, interiors, construction, or landscaping

is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
