Job Role:

As an Architect - Project Coordinator, you will: Oversee project coordination between design, visualization, and execution teams. Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals and deadlines are met. Review and refine architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring smooth workflow across departments. Conduct site visits (if applicable) to ensure design intent is being followed. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with the 3D visualization team to ensure realistic and high-quality representations of architectural concepts. Provide project reports and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in architectural project coordination or project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, technical drawings, and construction processes. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prior experience in 3D visualization or AR/VR integration is a plus but not mandatory.
