Overview: The ETS FLNA Test Manager will engage and support different project teams and guide them through the different testing activities, deliverables, and overall governance for the projects, helping them create the right test strategy, partnering and offering the viable services that can be provided to guarantee a successful quality product deployment. The role will act as the Subject Matter Expert for testing, sharing best practices, standards, and guidelines to follow, training, mentoring and managing of all resources assigned to projects or initiatives, enabling the Testing capabilities for FLNA to properly and successfully design their test strategy. Other responsibilities include managing and controlling the financial spend for FLNA (SOWs, cross-charges, Work orders, blankets) as well as income accounting from Governance charges to projects and track productivity metrics for ETS to ensure best cost/benefit from Champion rates.
Drives appropriate test coverage for critical initiatives, effectively balancing cost, schedule and quality risks - Making Decisions
Manages vendor partners compliance with PepsiCo testing standards and execution \xe2\x80\x93 Making Decisions
Implements continuous testing process improvements to ensure effective and efficient end-to-end testing services, processes, and governance. - Making Decisions
Manages the FLNA application testing portfolio tracking test resource capacity and utilization against sector application testing demand - Making Decisions
Manages project risks and resets priorities to ensure testing success across multiple initiatives - Making Decisions
Train/Mentor/Educate Test Managers or any other ETS Members on testing capabilities, guidelines, standards and best practices - Making Decisions, Execution
Responsibilities:
Demand Management and Engagement for projects, including dashboard compliance validation
Provide Governance and support for testing deliverables and activities for ongoing projects
Lead and Partner with project team on the definition of the Testing Strategy
Ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are properly identified, documented and matched against test matrix for projects
Steer and guide the teams on the identification of the different types of testing required for the project for optimum test coverage
Actively support ETS Test resources to gain knowledge on Project requirements through functional documentation and project sessions to better advise the team on Test Scenarios definition and design
Provides support on issues or risks identified by Test Managers during any stage of the project to avoid escalation and guides them for resolution
Aid Test Team on the validation for testing readiness until entry criteria is met to start execution (devices, data, environment readiness, roles, etc.)
Review and approve testing deliverables for projects once quality standard is met (MTS, Test Plans, PLM Light, PAM Light, Test Summary Reports, etc.) and create different templates for different types of projects
Track productivity metrics for ETS to ensure best cost/benefit from Champ rates
Prepare ETS internal status reports based on Project testing execution and governance compliance to be communicated to leadership
Develop standards and oversee testing communication plans, reporting standards
Other activities to be performed related to the ETS organization include:

Provide prompt feedback on dashboard enhancement and proposal of new or updated dashboards/metrics
Regulate Governance processes and propose redefinitions or improvements to it
Qualifications:
5+ years of Performance testing and architect experience
5+ years Team Management
5 years of Test Management experience with expertise on different project implementations and technologies
5+ years Testing Strategy
o Functional testing: Manual. o Nonfunctional testing: automation, performance, security, etc.
Knowledge of performance tools, load runner, blazemeter, browserstack etc.
Proven knowledge on Perf test strategy and full life cycle of performance testing for big programs
Knowledge on Project Lifecycle Methodology, their stages, deliverables, processes and the direct relationship on testing activities
SAP General knowledge on the technology, applicable testing strategies and approaches
SAFe Agile Knowledge
Strong knowledge of and experience in management of different testing types (System, Integration, Performance, UAT, ORT, Regression) and good understanding of Automation testing and tools involved across technologies
Experience on Azure DevOps + Test Plan tool for Test Management
Must have experience of working a complex landscape and integrations with SAP and Non-SAP applications.
Strong understanding in SAP release management process to coordinate with release management and Development teams
Nice to have:
Use of SAP Fieldglass for Work orders and SOWs creation.
Performance tool knowledge and architect knowlege
People Management of at least 3-5 people
Certifications in testing tools or testing domain
Working knowledge with contractors
Strong Customer relationships abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Solid ability to produce executive reports and provide status to Senior Executives
Ability to work collaboratively across project teams
Ability to plan and organize development work & deliverables

Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
