Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated
Assistant Architect
with at least
1 year of professional experience
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, good technical understanding, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in concept development, design drafting, and presentation drawings
Prepare detailed working drawings and architectural documentation
Support project coordination with consultants, vendors, and clients
Work on 3D visualization, layouts, and design iterations
Manage project files and ensure design accuracy and timelines
Contribute creative ideas and support senior architects in ongoing projects
Required Skills:
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop
Strong understanding of architectural drawings and building details
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Education:
B.Arch in Architecture (preferred)
