Actively participate in project set-up, including identifying project members, defining roles, creating timelines and budgets, and developing design briefs.

Lead the design aspects for acquiring new sites, including product conceptualization, pre-feasibility, licensing strategy, approval costs and processes, deal business plan, and addressing legal considerations impacting design.
Serve as the main point of contact for project-related information for management.
Take overall responsibility for reviewing designs at various stages to ensure they meet business requirements and maximize market stability and cost efficiency.
Incorporate flexibility into designs to address land issues, future expansion, and business cash flows.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and service consultants to ensure accurate and timely delivery of corrected drawings to the site and drive the project towards completion within scheduled timelines.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 15 years' experience of which 5 years in designer capability in a design organization
