ARCHITECTS:

Roles And Responsibilities
As An Architect, you will be responsible: -

Review Project Specification, BOQ drawings for Preparation of Material details, and
Data of all Specialist Systems in order to procure the required system materials.

Coordination and Liaison with team for Design Drawings and subsequent follow up for work. Providing technical inputs for the construction work to the site supervisors coordination with other departments and prepare reports. Coordination with the Sub-Contractors, Site Engineers, and Other Staff. Involvement in execution of project. Conducting on-site investigations and analysing data. Managing, designing, developing, creating, and maintaining construction projects. Handle over the resulting structures and services for use. Monitor progress and compile reports in project status. Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Qualification - B arch.

Must have good knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Software (Sketchup/ max/Revit)
Ms excels, Ms office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
