Experience Required:

6-8 years (preferably in Hospitality / Hotel Projects & International Client Handling)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and coordinate

architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings

for commercial and mall projects. Collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, interior), and vendors to ensure design and technical coordination. Participate in

concept development, design presentations, and material finalization

. Ensure compliance with

building by-laws, NBC, fire norms, and local authority regulations

. Conduct

site visits

to monitor project progress, design execution, and quality standards. Manage and review consultant drawings, BOQs, and ensure alignment with project specifications. Support senior management in project planning, budgeting, and client presentations. Coordinate with leasing, marketing, and facility teams to incorporate functional and aesthetic design needs of commercial spaces.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution. Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or luxury projects is

mandatory

. Strong background in dealing with international clients and multicultural teams. Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; knowledge of BIM workflow is a plus. Ability and willingness to travel frequently for project-related requirements. Strong problem-solving attitude, client handling ability, and detail-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
