Role Overview:
We are seeking a
qualified and creative Architect
with strong design and technical skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling conceptual designs, presentations, and client coordination with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop
concept designs
, layouts, and detailed drawings.
Prepare
presentation boards
, design proposals, and 3D visualizations.
Handle
client interactions
, presentations, and design discussions.
Collaborate with the design and site execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
Ensure all work aligns with the firm's quality and design standards.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
,
3DS Max
, and
Adobe Photoshop
.
Strong sense of
conceptual design
and visualization.
Good communication and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of architectural detailing and working drawings.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
(B.Arch)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
in an architecture/interior design firm
