Job Title: Sr. Architect

Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Architect who can handle complete project

coordination, site execution, and design management. The ideal candidate

should be capable of leading a small team, coordinating with clients, and

ensuring smooth execution of interior and architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project coordination from design to execution. Manage day-to-day site execution and monitor work progress. Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, take feedback, and
implement design changes.

Ensure timely availability of drawings, details, and working plans for the site
team.

Guide and manage a team of 2-3 designers; assign tasks and review outputs. Maintain smooth communication between design team, site staff, vendors,
and clients.

Ensure quality control, material checks, and proper execution as per design. Handle design updates, revisions, and prepare solutions as per site
conditions.

Oversee complete site operations -- who is doing what, timeline tracking,
and daily progress.

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture or Interior Design. 3-4 years of experience in project coordination and site execution
(interior/architectural projects).

Strong understanding of working drawings, design concepts, materials, and
site workflows.

Excellent communication skills for client coordination. Ability to lead a team, distribute tasks, and manage timelines. Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp or similar tools is a plus. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and on-site decision-making
