Design and Planning

Client Consultation:

Gather and understand the client's requirements, vision, and budget for the project.

Conceptualization & Design:

Develop creative designs, produce detailed plans, and integrate engineering elements into a unified design.

Technical Analysis:

Work with structural and civil engineers to ensure the building is structurally sound and incorporates necessary systems.

Material Specification:

Research, select, and specify materials and finishes for the project.
Budget and Contract Management

Cost Estimation:

Estimate project costs at various stages to help manage the budget and financial feasibility.

Bidding and Tenders:

Assist in the bidding process, analyze tender reports, and help select contractors.

Contract Review:

Help ensure that the contractual agreements accurately define the scope of work and responsibilities.
Construction Oversight

Site Supervision:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure implementation matches the design and specifications.

Problem Solving:

Address any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, providing timely solutions and adjustments to the design.

Quality Control:

Maintain quality control to ensure that work meets acceptable standards and is built according to the plans.

Compliance:

Ensure the building complies with all relevant local and national building codes and regulations.
Communication and Coordination

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as a bridge between the client, construction team, and other stakeholders, fostering communication and teamwork.

Team Coordination:

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to facilitate a smooth workflow and timely project completion.

Documentation:

Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings and reports, for various phases of the project.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,836.63 - ₹25,000.00 per month
