Job Description

We are looking for an Architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and proficiency in architectural software. The role involves concept development, working drawings, 3D visualization, and presentation preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs and working drawings for commercial and residential projects. Prepare presentations, concept drawings, and 3D views. Coordinate with consultants and vendors as required. Site visits for supervision and quality checks. Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, Photoshop, MS PowerPoint, etc. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to handle projects independently and work in a team environment. Attention to detail and a good sense of design and aesthetics.
