Job Description

We are looking for a

dynamic and detail-oriented Architect

with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our team. The candidate must have strong knowledge of

building architecture and landscaping design

and should be capable of handling client coordination and technical clarifications effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings including

plans, elevations, sections, 3D views and working drawings

. Develop design concepts for

residential, commercial and landscape projects

. Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants and internal teams.

Interact directly with clients to understand requirements and provide technical clarifications

related to drawings, design intent, specifications and approvals. Attend client meetings and

resolve design-related queries professionally

. Conduct site visits to ensure execution as per drawings and design intent. Prepare presentation drawings and material proposals. Ensure compliance with local building bye-laws and standards. Support project documentation and approvals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

? Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

Valid COA registration number is mandatory.

2-3 years of relevant experience

in architectural practice.
? Strong knowledge of

building planning, detailing and landscaping design

.
? Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/Enscape or similar software

.
? Good understanding of construction methods and site coordination.
?

Excellent communication skills

to handle client discussions and clarifications.
? Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?240,000.00 per year
