JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled, creative, and detail-oriented

Architect

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of building projects, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics while complying with all codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings. Prepare design presentations, working drawings, and construction documents. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams for seamless integration of services. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design implementation, and resolve technical issues. Manage client communication, understand requirements, and develop design solutions accordingly. Ensure all design work complies with building regulations, safety standards, and applicable codes. Work closely with contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Estimate materials, prepare BOQs, and support the project team with necessary documentation. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and overall execution support.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, materials, and construction techniques. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering software, and MS Office. Ability to create high-quality drawings and detailed plans. Strong visualization, creativity, and problem-solving ability. Good understanding of structural and MEP coordination. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field. Minimum

1-5 years

of professional experience (can be customized). Registered with Council of Architecture (COA) - preferred.
