design concept development, architectural documentation, and model production

. Key responsibilities include assisting senior staff with design concepts, preparing accurate drawings and 3D models using

CAD software like AutoCAD, SketchUp Lumion (SketchUp proficiency is highly preferred)

, conducting research on building codes and materials, and producing compelling visuals using tools like the

Adobe Creative Suite
