Role Description

:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, located in Bhubaneswar. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, integrating advanced structural and architectural designs, managing project timelines, and collaborating with the engineering team to ensure the successful execution of projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, conducting site evaluations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop

innovative

and

functional

design concepts and detailed drawings Ensure

integration

of

structural and architectural

design elements Conduct

site evaluations, surveys, and feasibility studies

Coordinate with

engineering, interior, and project teams

for seamless execution Ensure compliance with

building codes, safety standards, and local regulations

Oversee project

timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Stay updated with

modern technologies, sustainable practices, and BIM workflows

Qualifications & Skills

:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Architecture

(B.Arch/M.Arch) Proven

experience in architectural design and project management

Proficiency in relevant architectural software tools

(AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.) Strong

analytical, visualization, and problem-solving skills

Excellent

communication

&

team collaboration abilities

Knowledge of sustainable practices and green building techniques

is a plus Familiarity with

BIM processes and modern construction technologies

preferred
