Onsite execution and supervision of residential/commercial projects
Coordination with contractors, vendors & internal teams
Ensure design implementation as per drawings & specifications
Quality control, site inspections & progress reporting
Handle drawings, BOQs, and basic approvals support
Requirements:
B.Arch / M.Arch
Strong onsite experience in real estate projects
Knowledge of construction drawings & materials
Good coordination and problem-solving skill
